Hi, I'm Dave!
I spent over 15 years in management and executive teams before I ever called myself a leadership coach/consultant — including building and running full leadership development programs for entry-level employees to the C-suite. No certification hanging on my wall. Just real rooms, real pressure, and a lot of lessons learned the hard way.
I started EveryoneLeads because I believe something simple: leadership isn't a position. It's a skill everyone already uses — at work, at home, in their community — whether they realize it or not.
I help people and organizations get better at it. Through coaching, consulting, and speaking. And yeah, I do it with a bit of humor and humility.
